Express Entry Draw #168 – December 9, 2020!

On December 9th, Immigration Refugees Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted Express Entry draw #169 under the Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) program. There were 5,000 invitations to apply (ITAs) issued to candidates with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 469, which remained the same since November 25, 2020 Express Entry draw.

How Many ITAs Have Been Issued?

Canada has issued more than 100,000 ITA’s for 2020. In fact, with Canada’s new multi-year immigration plan for 2021, 2022, 2023, these numbers are sure to increase for 2021.

CRS Score Predictions

There are currently 10,858 candidates in the pool with scores between 461-470, which is a drop of 2000 candidates since the last draw. In addition, there are 11,550 with scores between 451-460, which is an increase of approximately 500 candidates since November. This means that CRS score draws may drop and candidates with scores under 470 may receive ITAs.
